I started the business in 2011; I’ve grown up in Snowdonia and we’ve always done adventurous activities. Climbing, surfing, mountain biking – living here there are lots of things you can do, it all revolves around the weather!
I’ve been an outdoor instructor for nearly 10 years now and North Wales will always be home for me! There’s some really nice people about and always lots to do. Climbing and yoga are my favourites but anything outdoors is good for the mind and body.

We’ve worked with a number of production teams and media outlets. From the Welsh language channel S4C to the BBC; it’s always good fun showing a professional broadcast crews what we do (even if it often brings it’s own challenges)! We’ve also been included in a number of articles relating to North Wales and we’ve helped write pieces. Being local we know the area better than anyone else.

Rachel is sponsored by Petzl and La Sportiva and has attracted some media attention by climbing a handful of hard routes. There aren’t too many women in the UK climbing trad routes in the e7-e9 range (although it’s not really about the grades, these just get the headlines…)! We’re both trad climbers at heart but enjoy spending the winters abroad where we can can enjoy some amazing sport climbing. Greece is undoubtedly our favourite! Good rock, friendly locals, a nice climate, interesting spearfishing and swimming, daily yoga; we don’t need anything else.

As well as being passionate climbers, we also enjoy a lot of other activities including kite surfing, snowboarding, spearfishing, fell running and mountain biking. Living in North Wales gives us a huge amount of freedom and there are loads of things to do here.
